Regular Paper Submission

HOW TO SUBMIT THE PAPER

Full paper submission in English is expected. All manuscripts must be prepared in the standard IEEE Conference Proceedings format and limited to 4-6 pages of A4 form in PDF format. Please use 10-point Times New Roman font. The submitted manuscripts must omit the authors’ names and affiliations, postal addresses, telephones, fax numbers, and e-mail addresses. Each manuscript must contain an abstract of about 150 words.

  • All submissions must be in PDF.
  • Submissions must strictly conform to the IEEE conference proceedings formatting instructions. Alterations that deviate from the instructions may result in desk rejection without further review.
  • When uploading your files, verify that the full list of authors is recognized by the submission system. Any addition of author(s) to the submission system after the review process is not permitted.
  • By submitting to JCSSE 2027, authors acknowledge that they are aware of and agree to be bound by the IEEE Plagiarism FAQ. Papers submitted to JCSSE 2027 must not have been published and must not be under review or submitted for review elsewhere. To check for double submissions and plagiarism, the chairs reserve the right to use external plagiarism-detection software under contract with IEEE to detect violations of these policies.
  • The JCSSE 2027 will employ a double-blind review process. Thus, no submission may reveal the identities of its authors. The authors must make every effort to honor the review process. In particular:
      • Authors’ names must be omitted from the submission.
      • Authors should ensure that any citations to their related work are written in the third person, that is, “the prior work of XYZ” rather than “our prior work”.
      • Authors should not include URLs to author-revealing sites (e.g., tools or datasets).
      • Authors should anonymize author-revealing company names; instead, they should provide general characteristics of the organizations involved to help readers understand the paper’s context.
      • While authors have the right to upload preprints on ArXiV or similar sites, they must avoid specifying that the manuscript was submitted to JCSSE 2027. They should thus use a different paper title for any pre-print on arXiv or similar websites.
      • Authors should ensure that paper acknowledgments do not reveal the origin of their work.
  • By submitting to the JCSSE 2027, authors acknowledge compliance with the IEEE authorship policy.

Manuscript Template

Please note that the paper should be 4-6 pages long. The paper will proceed with blind reviews; please ensure to remove the author names and affiliations before uploading.

Plagiarism Information

Please note that papers accepted for publication in the IEEE Xplore database should not have a similarity score exceeding 30% (Normally, it should be less than 25%).

Submission System

The online submission site is in the EDAS system.

Presentation Policy

Upon notification of acceptance, all authors of accepted papers will be asked to complete an electronic IEEE Copyright form and will receive further instructions for preparing their camera-ready versions. The names and list of authors, as well as the title, in the camera-ready version cannot be modified from those in the submitted version without explicit approval from the JCSSE chairs.

All accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at JCSSE 2027 to be published in the proceedings.

The IEEE has implemented policies to prevent the further distribution of papers by authors who do not present them, including exclusion from IEEE Xplore.

Publication Opportunities

Potential papers are encouraged to be extended and submitted to ECTI Transactions on Computer and Information Technology (ECTI-CIT), which is indexed in SCOPUS, and to other reputable journals for further publication.
